1. What Information Does Apollo Collect & how is it used?
- For
you to access sensitive price and valuable business information,
we need to make sure you are trading or are planning to trade

different from your delivery address), is all information that
makes it possible for us to process and fulfil your future orders.
Once we have it, you don’t have to input it again.

The information you give us is stored securely and is used purely
for purposes of contacting you with regards to your orders. Occasionally,
we may notify you of important website developments, or new services.
We also send out regular newsletters and support materials for
traders. If you do not wish to receive those, you can simply opt
out of this when registering your details with us.
2.

Apollo Security Guarantee
Apollo takes
your privacy and security extremely seriously, and as such we are
committed to protecting you during your time on our Website.
To ensure prevention of online card fraud, we process all your payments
in our back office systems, as opposed to online. This takes a fraction
longer to process, but allows us to check every transaction and
spot any apparent fraudulent activity.
Should despite our efforts such activity take place, we will work
with you to provide your card issuer with as much information as
needed to prove your case and obtain cover for fraudulent use.
